Within the scope of accomplishment of the agreement for cooperation between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the “Federal Center for Project Finance” OJSC and the “Scientific and Production Enterprise Platex”, LLC as well as of the road map of the “Construction of a fertilizer plant on the basis of the “Gorny” Federal State-Owned Enterprise property complex” investment project, the “Scientific and Production Enterprise Platex”, LLC established the Special Purpose Company “Gorny”, LLC with the authorized capital stock of 88 595 thousand roubles.
